RX-8 Badge

Decided to debadge the Rx-8, just wondering, is the badge on the front just taped/glued on or is it irritatingly pinned on?

The front and rear Mazda 'M' badges have pins going in to the bodywork.

Thanks for the reply, I need to sort out the stone chips soon anyway so I will have to get the plastic welder our whilst i'm at it then!
