Nissan 350Z gear and diff oil? 2004 car.

Anyone know the correct oils for these two changes i am doing very soon?
That would be handy if so.
Also best spark plugs?

When I did mine (2007 HR) I used Nissan oils. ECP will have the correct plugs for your model.

Bare in mind the HR and DE cars use different plugs so be careful there.
