Any idea what tool is used to loosen these screws?

I need to adjust my door striker plate on the Lexus as the door sticks out about 3mm causing a little bit of wind noise at high speed.

Initially I assumed this was a Torx screw however my Torx bits don't seem to fit quite right and are at risk of shredding the head.

Any ideas? Looks the same as this....
