Interior roof damage h

Hi guys recently I purchased a Nissan note 1.2 2017 I got it from Glyn Hopkin ive never seen it before untill the day I got it as it came from another Glyn Hopkin I was not worried as it's a main dealer and the car is 2017 when I picked it up it was dark but the next morning I found this damage how could I repair or what should I cover it up with as it's bugging me or should I tell Glyn Hopkin to fix it although I don't know how it could be repaired

looks like its had a phone kit or similar wired in behind the A pillar and removed prior to sale.

does the headlining have any give behind the pushed in bit?

That's really weird as the car has Bluetooth no need to install anything like that it's really bugging me doe

Remove the trim push the headlining back straight and refit. Not hard.

Ain't gonna touch it bro i'm not good with DIY I'd rather take it back or cover it with masking tape and yesterday the stereo knob fell off for some reason lol I'm gonna make sure they order it I didn't even touch it I braked and it fell off
