I'd recommend going either Suzuki or these as even what people say are quality aftermarket aren't as good.
I fitted TRW ones years ago and although I sold the car I kept an eye on the MOT record and it started picking up advisories quite quickly for the arm bushings and not that long after a fail.
I've got original Suzuki ones on a 2014 60k mile sport and there are still fine. You can't really argue with that with the crap roads we've got to put up with.

Going to change the top mounts as one is on its way out. Springs at the same time would be a wise decision, no?

This might be a new low for me even with my lack of technical know-how, but can anyone who has had Rallyflapz on their ZC32 confirm that these are the correct rears?
Reason being the holes don’t line up, so when the 2 self-tapping screws are in situ, they don’t line up with the lower fixing hole in the arch, and vice versa.
Am trying in the fb groups too, but as I’m new there my posts don’t always get through.

I fitted Hardrace, bushings to the wishbones four years back and 40k miles. They work well on the road (and track) and the car has precise turn in. It is civilised on the road. I had to fit them in the wishbones and it was a pain. Now you can get the Hardrace, bushings fitted to their wishbones for a bit less than the OEM ones. I would go for Hardrace or OEM. Anything else, is a bit of a punt. I also fitted the Hardrace ZC31S top mounts that are a direct fit for the ZC32S. They are cheaper than the OEM ones and also work well, road or track.
As for changing ride height; think hard. You really need roll centre adjusters (RCA’’s) and somebody competent to adjust the geometry. This will be expensive. Some cars are fine for lowering without RCA’s but the Swift, is not. For a road going Swift, I’d suggest wishbones, top mounts, Bilstein B6’s and OEM springs.

Took note: ordered the OEM springs with the Hardrace topmounts from CTC. Just the front this month, as im tapping into a few other bits of work too! Couple of months the rear will be done, not looked at dampners just yet! Ill wait to see what MOT brings out next year!As for changing ride height; think hard. Quick question regarding TPMS sensors. Does anyone know if the method for getting a Swift into sensor learning mode is the same as for the SX4/Vitara/Kisashi ie. 2 short presses then 1 long press on driver-side courtesy light switch within 5 seconds of activating ACC ignition without staring engine?
Thoughts on removing the rear silencer? I’m not a young man, but would like a bit of noise, and I’ve read that it’s the done thing with these, but I’m a bit wary.
I’ve always enjoyed a raspy sound for small cars, and want to stay away from anything boomy and farty. Also (picky, I know!) I’d like to not break the bank, so a full system is out of the question.

Perfect. I actually had a small single back box with tiny silencer on mine and was perfect. Rule of thumb back box removals with standard centre sound best. If you've full interior etc be fine. I currently have a Miltek back box and remus race centre. It's quieter than before.................. Annoying but I am not buying another exhaust for the car so its staying. I only replaced what I had as 1. It was rotten the rear box 2. Mate was selling all this lot cheap and new so went for it.
So, new stainless back box is on with no silencers and….it’s quite loud. Almost obnoxiously so, but I’m going to leave things a bit longer as it’s only been 2-3 days.
Didn’t touch the centre section, which remains standard.
I’m not on YouTube and not sure if there’s another way to share/embed a video.
Will see how I feel about it in a few weeks’ time, may end up going back to put some sort of silencer in there.

Minor update - my Monster Sport footrest is now on (of a fashion). I really didn’t want to drill through the footwell floor, so for now it’s ‘secured’ with the usual self-tapping screw into the rubber plinth and to the bottom-left via some heavy duty Velcro.
It seems to be sticking to the carpet well enough this way, and only moves as much as the carpet gives, but if it shows signs of encroaching too far towards the clutch pedal then I’ll have to rethink things. I’m not going to be tracking the car, so it’s going to be used for resting rather than bracing.
