I did the same with my 640d

A word of note, fit the "correct" non RFT oem tyres. BMW used it as an excuse for a vibration because of the Falken tyres weren't not oem and wouldn't investigate further.
What constitutes an "OEM tyre"?

I suspect that would allude to star marked, but i would imagine it would depend on your relationship with your BMW dealer or how much of a jobsworth you were dealing with...

The PS4S i went for either meet or exceed the requirements for speed rating and load rating and are in the correct OEM tyre sizes, and aren't exactly a chinese ditch finder spec tyre biggrin

After a bit of digging, it appears 235/40/19s would fit the front (only 1% difference in rolling radius) - this opens up a lot more choice, including the Michelin Pilot Sport 4S.

I've got the PS4S in the OEM 225/40R19 size - they're very good, soooo much better than the RFTs.

The only "issue" is that Black Circles don't do the PS4S in that size, which means sourcing from two different sources, then finding somewhere that will fit tyres they don't supply.

It'll be a while before I need new ones anyway so by then I should have sorted something out.
