BMW Servicing Schedule

Hi,

I just put a deposit down on a BMW 1 Series 118D, I will be picking it up on Tuesday evening.

I was advised at purchase that the servicing is every 2 years/20,000 miles.

I just wanted to know what is the servicing schedule/what needs doing and when?

And also what are the costs I could be expecting?

As part of my purchase I have my first service free of charge.

Condition based servicing. Filter services every 2 years or up to 18000 miles. Whichever hits first. Brake fluid at third year and every two years after,

1st Service would be around £250-£300 and second with vehicle check £450-£500.

If you do 1000 miles a month or more you can purchase a 3 year, 36000 mile service pack for £299 which will cover the first two services.

OK, So my first service (which is provided free of charge as part of my purchase) will be in 2 years or 20,000 miles (probably December 2018).

When can I expect the next one and what would that be for??

This is my first BMW so don't know what is needed/what to expect?

Have read also about a vehicle check, and when lights pop up to you get get certain things seen??

Sorry for all the questions but want to be prepared with a rough timeline so I can budget for these.
