E91 Bumper repair.

Evening all.
Just made my first foray into BMW ownership with a 2006 330d M Sport Touring that I bought from a friend.
There are a couple of bits I want to get sorted on the car, the main one being a crack on the bottom of the front bumper from a previous owner clipping a high kerb.
I'm wondering if it is easier to get a mobile body repair service to fix it, or just swap the bumper over myself.
Anyone got any experience of either scenario/ideas on the cost?

The bumper swap is easy,I've had mine off to fix the washers for the lights.
Just to add my front bumper I is scraped all along the underside. It doesn't like speed bumps!
