Bleeding brakes S Type

Hey peeps
I’ve been given an S type ( modern model) now I’ve bled the brakes using a Sealey pressure bleeder. Had a really good pedal with the engine not running, but it’s really spongy when it’s running. I’ve replaced a couple of short lengths of hard brake line as they had corroded through. No leaks anywhere. .?? Any pointers please.🙏
