Still got its warranty and will have been looked after maintenance wise as a press car, post up a link to the review/video quite cool really....not seen a review of a diesel BMW being tracked before (apart from that TG piece years ago) they generally reserve that for M cars.

YK68 NJO - Tiff drove it well.

The op bought a car from NMW main dealer which was described as an ex demo. He then went on youtube after his purchase to find his new car is the one used by Tiff Needell to burn rubber and thrash it around a track.

The OP is unhappy and asked what his legal recourse is..

TBF I can understand why they're annoyed, ex-demo shouldn't include time driven hard round race tracks, that said chances are the car in question will have been looked at pretty carefully to ensure everything is ok with it prior to going on-track.

In fairness if the dealer didn't know, they wouldn't have to declare it.
