Looking to change the rear discs on a BMW E91 and whilst looking on Eurocarparts Drivemaster discs currently have a 71% discount and are £18 each rather than £74.

However I've never heard of them and a quick google doesn't really help.

Does anyone know anything about them?

Thanks

Jon

All I can offer is buy cheap, buy twice...

I personally wouldn't touch most of what ECP sell. Brembo, Mintex, Textar etc are all good

I must concur. A few years back I bought an E36 headlamp from them, rather than pay treble the price. It was ste. Looked OK, but the beam was fuzzy, and getting the correct adjustment was impossible.

I wouldn't touch Brembo again after having problems with 2 sets on my E46 - see the E91 bearding thread on here for others with similar experiences.

I used realoem to find the BMW part number and then bought genuine BMW discs & pads off ebay from BMW themselves, a dealer in Scotland IIRC and at a good price.

My genuine pads were stamped Jurid, I meant to check the discs but forgot before they were fitted, believe they were ATE though could be wrong.

Added these recently to my E91 2012 LCI not discs but just pads from GSF, done around 3k on them, mixed driving (motorway/fast A roads etc) they feel just fine, good brake feel, no squeeling, and I have used all sorts of brands and these feel just the same the Pagid's they replaced, I'm a high miler driver 25/30k so brakes don't really get used - 70k on the ones they just replaced at front smile

Wouldn't worry at all in fitting their discs either, but had a few miles left on them yet so just stuck pads on.

But up to you to make your mind up, but take people's opinions with a pinch of salt wink we all have our favorite brands.
