My order placed on the 25th of March is now saying 9th of august when it was originally the 3rd of July delivery date.

Going to be 2 months without a car now... not sure why they’re saying September to you.

Debating cancelling even though my deal is unreal.
Would watch that date as I placed mine on the 24th March…

David assures me it should move back but how can he when it’s BMW who have control not AC
I rang Fairborn bmw since I haven’t heard anything from AC since I ordered 12 weeks ago, even bmw today said it should be with them on the 9th of august.

But David contacted me asking why I spoke to bmw and assured me I would get my car sooner than august.

What was the date in March you ordered?

That’s good news on yours then with BMW telling you that. What was your reply to David? Lol

24th March mine was processed and ordered on so nearly enough identical to yours… hopefully AC have got it wrong and it will be August with yours

Anyone took GAP insurance on these lease deals? Got my 128ti coming tomorrow.

Considering getting return to invoice gap insurance.
Not on this one, you can get specific GAP for lease.
Try ALA and use MSE25 for 25% off.
Bump for this. It just saved me some money!

Yes agreed, of the previous 3 leases 2 have been driven to me and 1 I was picking up from a localish Seat main dealer.
Just give it a wash and it should be gleaming!

PS spot the Mineral grey M135i over the road! Common as muck!
Very nice .

Mineral grey is one of my Favourite BMW colours .

Going to phone the sales guy tomorrow, mate. I don't want to seem like a nag, but they are taking the piss they've had all weekend and I got nothing today.

Regardless if its a lease or not still paying money so should have been cleaned and the spec I ordered.

Not encouraged by hearing about all these delays! I ordered 3rd March, and was originally being told ETA to the dealer of late June. Now been pushed to early July, but when I asked Lyne she said it’s still just showing as scheduled for production. Doesn’t sound like early July is going to be met

So just had an update from AC on my March order M135i order (I had to chase) and it’s been delayed by 4 weeks now until the start of September and it won’t have the wireless charging (expected this)

Shame to hear about the additional delay. The wireless charging is rubbish, you won't be missing much.

That car is gleaming! How long did it take to wash it like that? I have had the car two weeks now still ain't had the time to wash it but looking forward to when I do.

Spent a few hours on it I've watched too many of those detailing videos on YouTube was nice to geek out with my own car.

Can I ask who you spoke to at Fairbairn? I've got a spec issue I don't feel is being resolved

Are there still deals going on the 128Ti's? If so, where and who to speak to?

Sounds like everyone’s been out back a month, from what I’ve gathered you normally get an email about your car being built up to 4 weeks before delivery date.

I would of thought you’d have an update by now though

For those who’ve got their 128ti, any thoughts on the general ride quality?

I’m probably in the minority (+ being an old git) but I’m on the 18s and I think it’s pretty shocking!
Good over potholes etc. well damped, but the rest of the time: fidget fidget fidget ffs!

Oh well only 3 years to go wishing I’d gone for the M135 with the adaptive damping.

Everything else about the car (other than slotting my iPhone Pro Max into the wireless charger) brilliant!

Might be worth getting it up on a ramp and checking the transit blocks have been removed. Wouldn’t be the first time they’ve not been removed at PDI.
