Mine is quoted in the mybmw app.

Click on check status, pick services and it’s listed at the bottom.
What does it say when you select it though?

Looks like a call to Arnold Clark is in order to confirm something hasn’t gone awry and the service pack is still there! I’m sure it’ll just be a system glitch somewhere.

Good luck.

FYI, from the main leasing thread (not my post);

For anyone with a PCH from Arnold Clark, they've now confirmed they will extend if you place an order with anyone from the group.

Previously they were saying it was only if you ordered another PCH, but now they're saying they'll also extend if you place an order for a new car through them. My parents A Class is due to go back next month, so they're going to place a new car order as second hand prices are almost as much has new. Worst case they take the new car when it arrives, best case things improve and they can take out another PCH or nearly new instead.

Interested to hear whether anyone has spoken at AC at all about returning their car early? I’m 15 months into a 36 month deal and fallen out of love with the car, so looking to replace it. Know a few friends that have had their dealers contact them to come out of their PCH early as they need stock, but not sure whether AC would do this

Due to a potential change in circumstances I asked Arnold Clark if they would let me end early (3 year lease with delivery taken in April 2021 at £360 a month including maintenance, 8k miles per year with only 8k on at present) and they stuck to charge of 50% of remaining monthly payments.

It’s standard to pay 50% payments if you return the car. But I’ve never quite understood how that can be legal. Say for example I returned my car and they sell it on. If the cost of the sale covers the remainder of the payments plus whatever they’d expect to make at the end of the lease term, why am I being penalised? They could actually make more money from an early return, especially if the car is hard to get hold off.

Perhaps it’s simply to discourage lease owners from getting rid of the cars early, but I’m surprised it’s never been looked at.

No luck with Arnold Clark in terminating my lease early today. However I can transfer it to someone else if anyone else would be interested in the following:

Storm Grey M135i with Pro pack
552M wheels
Heated Steering Wheel
Park Assist
6k miles p.a
Service pack included
£352.73 a month

Vehicle is due to be returned July 2024, and is currently on 10k miles (I would pay any additional mileage for the period I’ve used).

Please contact me if you’re interested

Hi, I know on the lease deal that I signed it states that I can't buy the car at the end of the lease period (I am aware that this is the point of leasing), but has anyone ever managed to negotiate buying their lease car?

Most don’t let you buy because they want to sell it on again! As said though some will and do let you.

i did once ask which auction centre it was going to and the collection agent told me so there may have been the oportunity to buy it

The downsides of PCH vs PCP. You’ll get a hefty charge to come out of a PCH.

You may get a hefty charge, our Fiesta ST was given back 3 months early with no charge.
Of course a PCP could also hit you if you leave it early (cost me a couple of £K to terminate my M2 PCP early for example).

Has anyone enquired about an extension or even to purchase their vehicle at the end of the lease?

Hello mate, I know this is from a while ago, but if you still have this and are looking to get out of the lease. I'd be very interested in taking it over, let me know 🙂
