M135i/128ti Lease deal
Discussion
Arnold Clark have responded very quickly to say:
"Technically this is a customer maintained contract.
The services element covers the RFl and 1st reg fee. However we purchase the BMW service package which means your vehicle is covered for Servicing for the duration of the contract.
The BMW service pack will be mentioned on the official order that I will sent to you on receipt of the signed precontract agreement."
I've now had my precontract returned and signed from their end. It now lists "BMW Service Pack (A)" under accessories to clear any ambiguity.
All good then and I have to say communication is very good.

AC explained that on a non maintained quote, that entry in the services Colin is for delivery, collection and road fund licence.
So we still need to pay for a service?1. with Vehicle excise duty - Roughly £12 under services and covers road tax
2. with Vehicle excise duty, Full maintenance, No quibble tyres, AA Recovery. - Roughly £25 under services. Road tax, servicing, tyres and AA. To what extent the tyres are replaced I'm trying to figure out myself. Others have mentioned the car has recovery anyway to me it's more about the servicing and tyres anyway so it's a bonus
This is what david said when i asked him about the services
"The BMW service pack is included but this is technically a non-maintained agreement but BMW will service the car as purchase the BMW service pack."
My understanding is the cost of service is inluded
Update
Just got my order form states service plan on it

M135xi, metallic storm bay, pro-pack (inc 19" 552 style alloy wheels), service pack on 8kpa, 35+1 deal
Don't require the car until September and I've been assured this is not a problem.

I've had a few quotes, AC are the best value by far but I can't wait 16 weeks for a factory order.
I'm happy to forego any special options (but I really would prefer performance tyres on the 128ti) to get a car sooner. Do we know of anyone else with quicker lead times?
For reference:
AC
128ti
storm bay, HK, sun glass, performance tyres (my choices)
3x35, 5k
16 week lead
£280 per month, £295 amortised
Arval
128ti
misano
sun glass, enhanced bluetooth, standard tyres (fixed order options)
6x35, 5k
6 week lead time
£302 per month, £343 amortised

I had enquired previously so received a great quote. It would be unfair of me to publish that figure as new quotes would be higher.
Unfair on who?As a matter of interest when did you get the quote and do you know for a fact prices have gone up? Thanks.
