Bmw m140i problems

Anyone else experienced a high pitched squeak from there car almost sounds like birds churping? And a grinding rubbing noise Coming from what seems like the disks? Bmw don’t want to know they want to strip and clean brakes but noises are there happening when I’m just rolling not on the breaks help ??

I’d like to think they have checked for that but worth asking
