Out of interest, how many MPG does it do?
Well considering these diesel-things are supposed to be economical... tongue out

Erm, about 24mpg round town, closer to 30mpg on a run - but if i'm entirely honest, diesel goes in, car gets driven, light comes on, diesel goes in...It's not that i'm a powerfully built company director or anything, I just don't do many miles so don't check too closely!smile
Thanks, I'll keep the 540i then. Does about the same, sort of.

Don't blame you! smile I just fancied one, and this was the 'right' car, would have probably had a V8, but i'd rather choose a car based on condition/history, so went for this one!

Fantastic cars (I am biased!) and looks almost identical to mine. Quick tip re the misty headlight issue - pop one of those little silicon bags you get in new shoes etc in each of the covers - clears them up in no time. thumbup
Cheers guys smile. Does seem to suit them well doesnt it.

Ah great idea! Saves me resiliconing the bastids, more time saved to oil the bloody steering column and its incessant squeeking hehe

Nice, I had one of those as a hire car in Germany for a week.
156mph roof up and 140mph roof down although I lost my hearing for a bit.
Enjoy

Very nice, but hang on, don't they essentially share the same engine?
