MAF completely died in the middle of the M27 during an overtake after exiting a sliproad.

It was not amusing!
Wait, what?! Is that the lesser spotted RAC van? Haven't seen them in years!
Thought they just outsourced everything now to local recovery companies.

I think you'd look a little bit silly driving around in that wearing a flame suit.

Like the car though.

Moved from a much loved 635D to an M6 in Alpine White, Black Merino. Must be my age but I've always prefered the E63/64 shape.

An M3 E46 in Imola Red with Yankee V8 is pretty much perfection! German chassis & American muscle is a fantastic combination.

If you consider a standard LS3 makes 430hp/420ft torque and a standard S65 BMW V8 makes 430hp with 320ft torque getting a S65 to produce 550hp and come close to matching the LS torque must be impossible or extremely expensive if you maintain a NA setup.

Also from a weight point of view this might surprise a few, the S65 weights in at 200kg and a ls3 crate engine with manifolds, fuel system, waterpump & pulleys weights in at 170kg!

Recently chopped in my F10 520d for a new 335d F31 in Citrine Black which is an awesome colour. No regrets and loving it so far... the first modification will likely be a straight through twin exhaust (wheel barrow style like the 340i, keeping an OEM look). No idea why this was changed with the F30/1 for the 335d but a bit of a shame they didn't keep that look for the diesel.

I've always thought the same and think the 335d should have the same set up as the 340i, I presume the xdrive has something to do with it maybe, I've not seen that colour before and that does look nice.
