They must be the option ones on the E46, as 18”s but unsure on the width. I think I have 215 tyres on the front and 255 on the rear but I might be wrong.

They do badly need a refurb but refurb at the same time will be pricey.
They were fitted to other BMW models (definitely 5 Series, and maybe others) and came in both 17" square and 18" staggered sizes for the E46.

The OEM 18" staggered sizes for the E46 are 8J x 18 front with ET47 and 8.5J x 18 rear with ET50, which is the same as E85/86 Z4s use. Front tyres as standard are 225/40 x 18 and rears are 255/35 x 18.

A refurb is probably no more than another set of wheels, but if you decide to change to something else please PM me as I'd be interested in them if they are staggered 18s. Sizes and offsets (ET) are stamped on the inside of the rim.

5/7 series Style 32 wheels won't fit an E46. This happened to a friend when he bought a set from a 5 for his 5. Way too much offset. The set of 3 series ones he later bought fitted perfectly. The E46 did come with an option of style 32s early on. As a wheel, I think they look fab. I think they went from 15 inch to 18 inch over a multitude of models.

Little project car I've had for the past 9 months or so. 328 Compact for track days...
Was a little rough when I picked it up

Scrubs up well now I reckon!

Really lovely little car! I bet it must be a great laugh on track days.

I certainly hope so, not had chance to get out in it yet - it's been broken in some way or another since I bought it. Very nearly ready now though!

Lovely car OP. thumbup

I recently sold an E46 325ti Sport Compact after 3 years, which was a great car. I replaced it with an E91 325i which may be as quick but is just too refined - even if it is as quick!

I couldn't just take your word for that could I? I had to have a try and sure enough, the bloody pound coin got stuck because it's not a euro! Not to be beaten though, I used the car key to prise the coin out, only for it to then flick up, hit my forehead and drop down into that tiny gap by the seat rail.

Balls. smile
hehe

Here's mine:

Steering wheel re-trim is on the cards I think, along with a new gear knob! Someone has wrecked the leather by wearing rings.

Loving the yellow compact, wheels suit it perfectly. Looks like a riot. S52 swap would make it a proper little weapon!

Here's one I owned many moons ago.

Funny I found the Eibach lowering springs that were used to lower the Compact at the weekend if anyone's interested.....
