Yes.

Well apart from the dirty great big b pillar I suppose...frameless doors yes, pillarless no.
4 and 6 Gran Coupes also have a B pillar.

Does this therefore mean that frameless windows means it could be a:

1 series 3 door;
2 series (but not Active or Gran Tourer);
3GT;
4 series;
4 GC;
5 GT
6 series;
6 GC or;
Z4.

That clears that up then.

An E24 had frameless doors but an E31 and the 3.0 CSi/CSL etc and 2000C/CS were frameless and pillarless.

Ergo they are not pillarless, which was the point I was making.

And you made it well. We've now moved on to frameless. And it seems to the history of all BMWs with frameless doors.

New daily 535d, looks and feels like a 3year old car, previous owner had it for 10 years (apologies for the awful photos, only few I have until I take some with the SLR camera).

Up in the Lake District this Summer for a week, was astonishing how well this 2.2 tonne beast handles in the twisties. Near-flat handling, good steering response and very good pulling power coming out of corners, all whilst being heavy with 6 people and luggage!

BMW really have got this right, will struggle to choose another SUV when time comes to change.

It is an M-Sport, 3.0sd (xDrive35d)

Brand new 118i M Sport Shadow Edition

It's a personal lease, wanted a 140 but didn't fancy the fuel bills, plus this is costing me a fair bit less than my outgoing Focus ST3. Not driven it much so far but it's a nice place to be and it's got a fairly nice spec.

Is it too late to say no? biggrin

Just kidding. Looks lovely, carbon details really set off the colour!

AB your car is stunning - I don't mind more pictures at all! thumbup

I've put my car on here before, but fitted a different set of wheels last week so thought I'd post one as it is now. (With style 295s from an E89).

Here’s a new addition, sold my M140i as we live in central London, it was like having a racehorse pulling a milk cart and bought this instead with some of the loose change.
102k miles, 325i Touring and it drives and goes so well for almost no money

Something like that would be ideal for me. If you don't mind me asking, how many miles are on it, and how much did you pay?

£2000, it’s got 4 new runflats, a new water pump, and MOT, had a look with OBD checker and no faults found either , it’s 102,000 miles , 2 owners, and almost a full history in the service book

Sounds like a bargain, although admittedly I have only been looking for 330s.
