440i with mppsk and pretty much all the options they could fit except for HUD somehow (ex demo car)
Coming from an E90 330i

How come some of you are blurring the license plate? I struggle to think how not doing it can be an issue

Someone might use your number on a similar cloned car, meaning you can potentially end up with no end of grief with parking fines and being stopped by the police.

Nice motor smile

Lovely, recognise it from Bimmerforums.

I'm kind of with you on the blurring of the plates as you drive around with them on show but I guess having them easily viewable and searchable on the internet does make it easy for anyone who might want to clone your plates. I've never bothered personally.

I'll upload the latest pictures of mine later, some kind person decided they'd treat it to a new look courtesy of a key or other sharp object on the boot, door and bonnet shoot

Firstly your implying there's some wrong uns on PH... rolleyes and secondly anyone can just go on to Autotrader and search any Make,Model and colour of any car they wish to clone their number...confused

Nice carsmile I seriously looked at the 6 series but when I was looking at the fuel figures of the 645/650 I figured that to make it reasonable I would be better off with a 630i.

The problem was that the 630i is a big car and it really needs a big engine to make it fun so instead I got an e92 330i M Sport. The 3L engine in the car is more than enough for some good fun and it's still reasonably cost effective.

I do still really like the 6 series though.

Thanks! I'm really lucky to not do many miles in my own car, so fuel isn't as much of a problem. It helps me deal with 15mpg haha.

The 330i is a great thing too, I enjoyed my 335i but naturally aspirated engines are ace.

As mentioned above, someone either took a dislike to me or the car itself...

Hopefully 'bored kids' - none of my neighbours had it happen to them and it was parked next to my other cars which I've looked over and they've not been touched. It bothers me that it therefore may have been targeted. Unfortunately appears to have happened at a time when my broadband wasn't working so CCTV didn't pick anything up.

Any ideas how much I'll be quoted for sorting it out?

Edit: Think I've sorted the pictures out.

That's so st mate I'm sorry to see that on a fantastic BMW. It probably won't help but you could buy a DA and some cutting compound and see if it polishes out.
Depending on how deep it is it may hide it a bit but it will take some work.

The only cost advice I can give you is when I had two new wings painted on my e46 coupe, it cost me £380 all in for paint and fitting.

Treated my E92 335i to an M3 style front bumper. It's an SE so fairly plain looking. Also got the drivers side rear quarter painted as some tt managed to ding under the window with the corner of their door (It was an X5 but gone by the time I got back, bds).
So hard to get a good photo of Monaco Blue! really needs a good polish all round. But I'm planning on getting more bits of bodywork tidied up, hopefully Msport skirts & rear bumper, along with some new wheels.

Number plate in the window is only temporary. Will likely be going a sucker route so I can whip it off for photos as I'm a sad git. Looks so much better without a plate on the front.

ETA: horrendously compressed one to show the colour difference in different lights:

almost 1 month into ownership, and really enjoying the split-personality of this car.

Comfort mode is smooth, quiet, and relaxing.

Sport+ is quick enough for anyone in real-world ground coverage.
