Chaps do it yourself its easy if your hand with a screwdriver) and remeber if your display is bust you have nothing to loose by giving it a go
dont pay ebay for instructions!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys, I have the same problems with my 2002 E39 LCD display could anyone know where I can get it sorted or even do it myself? I live in Portsmouth area.
I dont mind spanner work.

I used the same guy, he's called Rudi IIRC.

I took a drive down to Southampton first thing on a Saturday. Went for a walk to the McDonalds for an egg McMuffin, when I got back to his about 1 hour later he was finished.

Big thumbs up, he sorted my E39 M5 pixel problem, it was inexpensive and the turnaround was 2 days. Did the same for 3 friends.

Fantastic service.
