Quite heavy, but not excessively so. I'll happily trundle along at 80 on the motorway but around town I'm in traffic morning and evening so can't go any faster than 20 or 30.

I get nowhere near that, 30 on the motorway and 22 around town! Auto as well.

In my (up for sale) 330i touring manual, I get 28.5mpg around town, and 34pmg on a run. Pretty good I reckon for the power of the car.
