I don't know about anyone else, but I spend far too much time surfing the classifieds on various sites, dreaming/plotting how I can justify bikes.

Thought I'd start a thread so we can point out interesting bikes, unusual bikes or just purdy bikes. Or horrors

You know, just last year you could pick a really nice one up for 3.5-4K, the one I highlighted is the most expensive ive seen at 8K, I bet he finds a buyer thou.

Mad to think that this the example you have picked out seems "inexpensive" at under 5K, looks a beauty thou.

There wasnt any changes apart from silencers in its short life so they are all pretty much sought after now.

I so, so wish id kept all my strokers but when everything went 4 stroke, with all the performance with next to no maintainence we all couldnt wait to get shot of them...

I think that 749/999s look a bit of a bargain now, to be honest. I've always quite liked their nose heavy, aggressive stance and I'm sure it was only being the one after the 916 that hindered them so much. Tough act to follow!

I do think that they're very colour dependant though, they're about the only Ducati I'd only have in red

I have a hankering for a tidy Honda ATC110. Not the money, just pointless to buy as I'd have no use for it, but wanted one since seeing them in a James Bond film as a kid

Even though it wouldn't fit me and probably be a money pit - I'd just look at it and enjoy it rather ride it very much.

TBH - all of these bikes are achievable and I'd lose no money on them - I just can't justify them and the reality would probably not live up to the dream.

Think about having a Versys as well, for some pootling about at bigger distances and the ability to have the odd weekend away, and they do it in the same orange as my ZX6. Saying that if I could squeeze a bit more space, wouldn't mind the matching ZX10 as well. It's good to have a choice, and well it would be rude not to have the matching set.

Only thing is that I ride in the rain lots and none of my bikes have ever been garage queens. I'd also stick a galactic amount of miles on it.
