If its brand new, can't you send i back if it arrived without the keys?

Whenever I've bought top boxes the keys are zip tied to the handle or taped inside the case itself.

I had the same problem - GIVI are no help, whatsoever...........

I ended up getting from ebay although I had a couple of problems at first as it seems that GIVI use the same numbers for different keys - the Z140r range share the same 001 - 200 codes as the E460 but the cuts are completely different. Luckily enough, I found a guy who can tell you your series from a picture of the lock. There's also a 3rd range, Z661, which has codes 001-400 and these can easily be confusing between 001-200 if you don't know the lock series.

Why make it such bloody hard work?????????????

The keys you get don't have the coloured heads but at least they work and they're probably a whole lot cheaper than buying from GIVI.

Paul.

Hi. Yes, he can usually tell from a picture of the lock or the key, if you have one.

Have you got their name? I have a bent key that looks like it will snap if I straighten it.

Hi Mate,

I've found a key biggrin

PM me your address and I will get it in the post to you.

Normally all the fitting kit be it bolts or whatever would come with all the racking. You would get a parts list with them showing all spare parts that are available for order. If you still need something to make it fit, you can alwasy post a picture of it and I'll send it through to our guys in Givi technical smile
You don't happen to have a Givi Key 262 by any chance....?
