Like I said above, clavicle is snapped and I'm waiting on my follow up appointment next Thursday to see if I need to have it pinned. I think I'm going to have to though cos it keeps moving and poking out my neck.

Still can't walk because of my ankle so I've been permanently in the recliner since getting home on Wed morning and having to p**s in a bucket!

Worst thing is though, I wasn't insured so the bike is gonna be a total loss. I still haven't seen it yet other than that 1 crap photo above, but my Mrs is mustering up the courage to go in to the garage to take some photos for me.

All 100% my fault though and I've made a daft mistake in not taking out additional track cover, so I'll just have to swallow that one and chalk it down to experience....

..... or do the usual thing that seems to be the norm now and set up a gofundme page to pay for my own stupidity

Anyone on here do brands 1st June? Cracking day for it. Think I enjoyed half day off work and soaking up the sun as much as the track time!

Mate took this finding it hilarious as I tried to mentally tell myself my rear would be ok for 'one more session'



Had to ride home with it like this. It's dusty in the middle as the last part of my road is unpaved. Completely legal when I got there. 3 sessions and absolutely knackered!

If anyone has Bennetts insurance or has bought the rewards scheme at £36 then they have released 4 more trackdays for the year.

I'm planning to do
Donnington 18th June (sold out)
Cadwell 8th July
Brands 3rd August
Oulton 28th Sept

There is a Sept 8th at Donny again but I think 4 days will do me!

Edited to add - cost of the trackdays are £119 each so substantially cheaper than normal

My brands pictures come through from the evening session on my Aprilia. Do love this bike but it definitely needs setting up if you was to track it regular. My gsxr is far better when you starting pushing on a bit

Was still great fun though and I love how versatile it is

First one I've ever done. Rode there with a tyre pressure gauge, dropped for track, rode home. Honestly if you can get a few mates to do it for the sake of about £80 quid its well worth it

I'll do more just Indy kills tyres thats only thing

I'm at Cadwell Wednesday as well, will be there with the Holden Ute so should be easy to spot if you want to come say hi

I will be staying there the night before as I have a Moto Mafia evening trackday tomorrow, which is a 2 stroke and pre 1995 4 stroke only day which should be fun. Need to get my camping gear ready!

Bit disappointing to hear it even allowed itself to high side what mode was it in? I thought even in Dynamic it wouldn’t allow that much slip

Had an absolute blast at Donington yesterday. First time there and second trackday. On the smallboys ZX6 I got down to 2:05s which I was happy with. Think I might move up to inters next.

Hello again! Great day at Donington with Smallboys, looking to book again for later in the year. I started the day at 2.06 in inters and worked down to a 1.56, I think it's easier when you're with a quicker group just to go with the flow tbh. Loved the zx6r too.
