Changing lanes without indicating, checking mirrors or anything - aggressive tailgating even when mailing (cough) progress (you'll only be stuck as infilter to the top of the next lights anyway) and uber eats scooters stopping directly in front of you, past the bycycle stop line even though you've just passed them, on multiple occasions - I'm stopped at the line for s
ts and giggles apparently....
Well it could be worse, not been caught in then rain for a good few months now!
Later in the day means less traffic. Less traffic means more space on the road. More space on the road means more ability to change road position which equals more danger for you and I. London is relatively safe by virtue of the sheer volume of traffic. Its got no where to go and when its does its slowly. But the less traffic, the more danger. Here be monsters. Try about dinnertime, have had to pop home the last couple of months to walk the dog and the standard of driving around 12.00-1.00pm beggars belief some days. I usually plait my hair to stop it getting knotted in the wind on the bike, and it's not long enough to tuck into a jacket. So the rain soaks the ends of it and it leeches up into the jacket and I get cold and wet 
Not found a solution to that yet
My hair is about a metre and a bit long so long enough to tuck into the jacket - however I find having a neck snood on and having the hair tucked into that helps to stop it soaking up the rain - just means on the warmer rainy days you get a bit of a hot neck - but you can't win them all!Not found a solution to that yet
EDIT -
Also editing to say that soon I'll be changing my commute as I am moving out of South Bucks due to divorce. Anyone got experience of commuting up into Westminster area from Canterbury or Ashford (Kent) area? - any specific areas to keep any eye on or avoid? Was thinking if Canterbury M2/A2 all the way in, and if Ashford M20/A20 all the way in.

Standard London summer riding.. they disappear usually in October. Though saying that I'm going to be officially retiring from year round riding too as I no longer live in London. I did 17.5 years of year round London commuting.
I've used my bike a number of times since I've moved (3 weeks ago) so I do still have that option so I see a lot of the summer biking specials coming in from the West into town now. I'll retain it as an option (still have commuting switch on for my insurance) for when I have to be in London and either the weather is nice or the trains are messed up.
Wondering how long it has to be before I lose my killa London bike commuter skillz LOL LOL

Let's face it, everyone gives it stacks about riding all year round (me included) but if i had the option to take the car in the freezing cold temperatures and pissing rain and it took the same amount of time, I would..and so would everyone. Sadly, taking the car would add hours of sitting in traffic. So I am just going to continue racking that mileage up!
