Absolutely bloody tragic. So ironic that he spends a career racing high speed bikes relatively unscathed to be killed on a push bike. Really feel for his family.

FFS. Real sad - this is just numbing. Came across as such a good bloke.

I've poured a shot of single malt & propose a toast.

RIP mate
Just read the news this evening - my thoughts are with his family and friends.

I'm joining Biker 1 - glass of single malt being poured and toast to Nicky

Didn't Sir Stirling Moss say only bds can be world champs? Might be a misquote but Nicky certainly proved that wrong.

We all have our motorcycling favourites but they do have their bad points to one extent or another.

Worlds smallest book - Things you dislike about Nicky Hayden.

And a great work ethic too. If you have a child going into motorsport Nicky would be a good example for them to follow, no matter how much they succeed.

Which is a good legacy.

Thanks Champ.

Sad sad day.

Achieved more in his 35 years than many in twice as long and achieved the pinnacle of his field.

Celebrate a life well lived and condolences to those he leaves behind.

RIP Nicky.

First year I started watching MotoGP was 2006, and I always had a lot of time for him whenever I saw him on the TV.

I came across this video a few years ago now, and is one of my favourites that a few of you may not have seen. Some serious talent there.
