Always been a VR46 fan and I was gutted when Nicky beat him to the title in 2006 but it's impossible to dislike the guy. He always seemed so positive. Really sad news. I love this picture from Laguna Seca.

RIP Nicky #69

I believe the saying goes: Honour me not by mourning my death but by celebrating my life

A hell of a lot to celebrate.

RIP #69

Some people burn twice as bright as others but their light only shines for half as long. What an amazing life, and what an amazing person Nicky Hayden was. He has achieved so much in his field, more than that a truly nice guy.

He will be missed. RIP Nicky Hayden #69

What a fantastic little insight in to how humble this guy was (frown ) Under stand this. I have a massive cold and man flue and have just yawned while at the same time a fly has just entered my eye so the blowing of my nose and wiping of eyes is in no way an indication I am soft. Hard as nails me .
