He has extensive knowledge of a range of motorcycles, is happy to have you watch and will talk through all he does and why he does it. Not one to cut corners, definatly one to do the job correctly. A wealth of experience so he knows the best way to tackle a job, and also knows how to make sure you arnt getting ripped off (for example, many manufacturers use the same size bearings for e.g. headstocks. But some manufacturers charge more for the same bearing...Stewart knows which ones to buy to save you a bit of money).
He has some workshop machining facilities too, including a lathe, pillar drill and press.
Definatly worth speaking to.
