Bugger!, I missed the deal, Really want one now, I've been debating on selling my enduro bike as I'm not getting any use out of it, Fancy a Africa twin as winter fun and when the weathers st.
How is everyone getting on with them, I'll be a 2 bike garage MT10 and Africa twin which I think is a good mix.

I've found a local byway which is open to all traffic, so on Saturday I'm going to attempt riding through what is basically a wet field. I suspect this may result in me torching the bike and claiming it was stolen.

Doble's are matching the deal I think and still had some Red and Black one's left last I heard.

And an overall cost of £12,179 if you pay the balloon of £5,232 at the end of the 3 years, compared to an overall cost of only approx £9,000 if you the paid £6,300 balloon at the end of the John Banks deal.

I'm with you on that. Honda's don't float my boat but they have had used bikes in there that I have been interested in before and have been left feeling cold by them. I get the same feeling in Lamba's as well. It's amazing how dealers can get it so wrong dealing with people in what is such a generally good natured pastime

I believe you have to talk to Doble's to get them to match the John Banks deal. A couple of chaps on another forum got them to match it.

I don't know if they are just selling their own stock or are getting more bikes from Honda though.

How's everyone getting on with their new bikes?

I did 650 miles round the Highlands with mine over the weekend - it's well and truly ran in now! Lots of positives with the bike, but really unimpressed with the standard Dunlops in the wet.

When are you picking it up,I'm going Saturday somewhere between 12-1 o'clock.
I can't remember the exact time they said as I was a little excited I'd got one and the information didn't sink in. smile

Just as a little side note who's had the longest journey to pick one of these bikes up.
Mines not to bad at 2.5 hours on the train from Nottingham.
At least I get to do a fair few of the running in mileage on the way home.
