£15 parking is a mickey take! Surely the Station car park is cheaper than that, even the airport must be?

Went yesterday and was fairly impressed. General themes
Everyone showing retro cafe/scrambler/bobber style bikes including a few companies I’d not really heard of selling small cc “stylish” hipster bikes. All fine with me!
Lots of scooters!
Less clothing sales places - and seemingly less selling the higher end gear - all shark helmets rather than the premium arai/Shoei (not that shark are bad but I still don’t think premium!)
Quite a few travel companies
Less motorbike gadgets and oddity stands - shame imo as there are often some good bits and bobs that I wasn’t aware of for the joke or garage!
Finally footpegs seem to be moving forward! I’m not convinced!
Norton stand stole the show for me! Gorgeous! The Brough Superior was actually nice too and the supercharged Kwaka was good too!
Worth the 3 hour ride each way in the rain!

I picked up a helite vest, custom moulded ear plugs, acf50, vulcanete wipes, hanger from biker tidy and some socks.
I would have bought a krieger bag and some knox gloves but they weren't selling them at the show.
Abba have a saving on their stands if you are in the market for one.
There's loads of stalls selling clothes and helmets.
Oddly (unless I completely missed them) there wasn't anywhere selling much in the way of security apart from a couple of people selling Oxford chains.

I went on Saturday and I enjoyed the few hours I was there. I hovered around the Ducati stand a while looking at the V4, beautiful bike. I stalled at the BMW stand, nothing remarkable but the HP Carbon bike is a dream, the technology and engineering that has gone into producing the bike is fantastic, this is a bike to keep in the house and admire.
CCM have some really good looking bikes, although I've yet to read a review, and Brough are quite special and whilst I'm not sure I understand the bikes I do appreciate the craftsmanship involved.
Kawasaki, H2 SX, that is an intriguing prospect. I had a meander around Honda and looked at the Fireblade and glanced at the GSX1000, I missed out Yamaha, I think the trouble was I started at Ducati and couldn't stop thinking of ways to buy the V4s...
Worth a visit but don't expect a bargain. For example I wanted a new visor for a Shoei Spirit 3, I googled the online price before going to the Shoei visor stand. I asked for what I needed plus pinloc, he glanced up in the air and suggested his best price, I frowned and said that's quite a bit more than average online prices. His response was that I needed to be careful of buying fakes, what? Salesman tries the old plant the seed of doubt and fear to try and gain a sale, I walked away and ordered from a well known online retailer saving the cost of the visit to Motorcycle Live.
Some pics.
I was looking at these bikes, they looked like something for the winter until you glance at the detail ...
A bulbous Norton, not too sure I'm keen.
