Installed track fairings. Cheap white unpainted ones from China for 250 including delivery and customs. The fit is excellent and considering they're just unpainted abs, I like the look.

I'm dreaming of getting my license this year so I'll have to make do with reading about bikes instead

Local 2T meet today at the Super Sausage, perfect day for it which bought some great bikes out, caught up with ChipChap and his good lady.

Dad buzzing the tower with the Bantam.....

Still enough sunshine for an hour or twos play on the BM this evening....I see theres a thread running about running in new tyres on the forum, well, I had a new tyre fitted Friday and despite being cautious, I gassed it a little pulling away from a queue of traffic leading into a roundabout after only having covered a few miles and it spun out on me ...a timely reminder...

I don’t think so, he looks like he’s struggling for traction.

Jokes aside I cant get over how well the OEM supercorsa have done. I will only run tyres like this ie conti race attack, metz Racetec etc from now on

Everyone swore by Metz M7RRs so I gave them a go and had 2 fronts and 3 rears. I got barely anymore miles on them vs the Supercorsa and they had a more vague feel with ALOT of side movement when banked and winding on the throttle. They were good in the wet/cold but you can ride with sporty tyres in that kind of weather if you ride smooth and dont be a helmet

I've done 2300 miles from that rear, 3 laps of the ring at a fairly decent pace (for me), I think 4-5 laps of the Nurburgring GP circuit and I was definitely pushing harder on track, the 1000+ miles riding to Germany and back including their amazing roads which I typically ride like a bit of a bell end and Sunday morning keen rides back in England

The sides have gone quicker than the middle and the right side is past the wear markers but I'm changing them just before IOM TT end of the month and theres still a bit of tread left in the middle so sod it was my thinking I'll kill the tyre and get my monies worth (And I'm not even a typical tight Northerner! *Cough* Nemesis)

New bike day for me today! woohoo Was really looking for a 954 Fireblade as per my thread on here a month or two ago, but when this popped up I had to have it. It’s a 2010 Gsxr 750, in brown according to the V5 but it kinda flips between black and copper depending on light.
Definitely not too everyone’s taste but I love it! It’s my second bike after 18 months on a Hornet, and after a quick 20 miles can’t stop smiling smile

I've had 2 750s, they are such a great bike, alot of the time you don't need much more and they still like to be thrashed like a 600... You just get a bigger hit as the power comes on

Still a relative novice so I really don’t need any more!! But yeah it’s certainly got a much bigger hit than the Hornet smile

Fantastic. actually sold my blade and bought a 750 as I wanted something a bit more engaging to ride. Great choice.

Looks the business. Always wish I'd bought a gsxr750 at some point. Don't know why I haven't.
