A picture a day...biker banter (Vol 5)
Discussion
Stripped down the Tuono front end, spent 4 hours Sunday morning cleaning a couple of years worth of all year riding crap off the engine block with a toothbrush sized wire brush and several bottles of APC, WD40 and ACF-50.
That rocker cover is going to need blasting and coating!

Nice! I'm going to have to strip down the Ducati soon. Tried lifting it using an ebay lift and almost sh@t myself. Where did you get your lift from, looks like it's doing a great job? That rocker cover is going to need blasting and coating!

The Metzeler M7RRs. They felt pretty good in the wet actually!
Just got back from a few days in Wales, typically there was quite a bit of rain. First trip with the new to me super duke (gen1) with a fresh set of M7RRs on it.
I’ve not had much experience of riding in the wet, so can’t really compare these to anything, but they were certainly confidence inspiring and felt fairly planted.

I'm a big fan. For me they are perfect cos I can do a trackday on them but they're good in the cold and wet too. I don't see why you'd want a touring tyre unless you were doing mega miles. First trip with the new to me super duke (gen1) with a fresh set of M7RRs on it.
