What year do you need? I can see oval or non oval? 2009,is that ok?

Try ticking European union and searching for Triumph 675 Auspuffkrümmer or Auspuff Krümmer .

I've got loads of bike stuff from Germany recently, they seem to have a proper "breaking" system over there, the stuff I have had for my 90's suzukis has been top notch. Proper businesses, proper decent quality and well packaged. 48 hours delivery too.

Another quality business slogan from our Chinese cousins...
I can see the sense in that slogan though. On my bike with all the weight on your ass and a 'wrap round' seat it's actually impossible to fart while riding. You have to wait for sufficient flatulence to build up to merit a stop to get off the saddle, and then you do indeed dance with wind before getting back on for the next fart-free part of the journey.

Trying to get the CRF250L back together for Spring.

Got the 13T sprocket and proper dirt tyres to do next.

Has to be before 09 and there is nil in UK and certainly none new. I'm not waiting weeks from USA with race season in couple of weeks.

Just so you know, if I see you parked up with your Indian I will assume this is the case and not stop.

At the weekend I decided to take the R wern (copyright BN) off the road for the next couple of weeks... the weather played part of the decision, however my intention was always to give it a full strip and clean / check over spring time, install all the goodies I've been acquiring and making sure it is fit for the coming summer (!) with lots of ride outs with the NW crew and a few track days.

As always the first check over after buying a used bike (I've only had it since August) is always met with apprehension, as you never know what you are going to find ... but so far other than dirt its not too bad as I would expect from a 7k mile bike. Starting from the back and working forward...

(yes, I know the garage is a st tip at the moment)

Here's my old BB R1 having a clean.

Notice the tidy garage too.

Eassc seniors and Eastern centre I might get him to do a few odd rounds but not the full championship as it'll be his first year essentially with adults
Mates son is racing in the British Youth Nationals again this year, thought you may have been in that with your lad.

Could have caught up and had a couple of beers.

Exhausted after polishing the downpipes tonight. Makes a big difference imo

Also if I run it up this weekend and it doesn't leak coolant or oil, it's panels back on and it's ready to ride.... if we get some decent weather

The one and only! Definitely a good choice they're a complete bargain. Mine won't be coming to Spain though, I have a cbr600 which is just poking it's tail into the photo.

Far too much time on your hands if you're polishing headers!

I assume that's an after & before set of shots?

What on earth is going on with the brake discs in the lower photo? Who cuts out funky letters in such a safety related product? Do they make parachutes as well? On closer inspection they can't even spell R1 correctly, unless you've put the left on the right and vice versa, backwards, photographed in a mirror, in a parallel universe. wink

P.S. I'm after a set of discs if you have any spare. hehe

Yep top photo is after. I was waiting for the battery to charge and didn't see the point in putting the tank on so got polishing hehe

Honestly no idea! They were a pile ot st hence they are now gone, I sold them for £50! It baffles me people bother to buy such cack, new or secondhand but you pays your money and all that

If you are on facebook look for the "classic yzf r1 owners" group. Some good guys on there and Im sure someone was selling a set of galfer discs for £120!

Bike related couple of days for me. Took my dad to pick up his new bike yesterday, gone for a 2014 Street Triple that has only done around 1,700 miles from new. Should suit him perfectly, its comfy, quick enough, light and will be spot on for a couple of trackdays a year, also it's got heated grips which is a bonus for him at 63!
The blue rim tape will be coming off, and it had horrible blue levers on it that I took off straight away even though it's not mine!

Then after work today I picked up a bike trailer. I'd been looking for a 2 bike trailer for a while and didn't want to spend thousands. Most of the 2 bike ones for sale are flimsy little things really made for a couple of off road bikes, this one is a proper strong trailer. Gonna give it a coat of black paint and some new wheel bearings for peace of mind and it should do the job nicely. Can't complain for £200.
