My aim for next year is at least 300 miles on the Z1000 Kawasaki.

Over winter I would like to change the tunsten bulb headlight for something better than 2 candel power
as it make it almost unrideable at night.

I managed to get most my 2017 goals done and as said above I'm out every week so enjoy just the riding tbh

Plans already booked or wanting to do for 2018 are;

  • Get my track bike fixed and running 100% over winter as it's had a few issues all year
  • Have a good complete race season with my boy on his new 250f in the senior class
  • No crashes on the big euro trip I'm doing this year
  • No crashes at Spa or Nurburgring while out doing the euro trip
  • Another Euro track day... They are amazing
  • Have a project my dad and I are working on rebuilt in a year (ariel 250)

7) Get pattern fairings and restore the old CBR.
I used Auctmarts via ebay and the finish on their fx/fy moulds are great. Didnt have any issues at all with fitment.

Was there a need for a full stop after sarcasm.
I felt it needed emphasis on the final bit where I was trying to be funny... Anyway, your not the grammar police.

  1. Avoid fitting parts that cause the bike to catch fire. Avoiding K&N should help with that.
  2. Buying a set of leathers that will actually fit me. I suffer from Hoy leg syndrome.
  3. Couple of training days with i2i. Maybe CSS if I'm flush. Couple of training days anyway.
  4. Head past Carlisle on the road bike and see what's around Cumbria and the Lakes for a change.
  5. Venture abroad, Black Forest or the Alps on the road bike.
In that order.

Good man. Which off road weekend do you go with out of interest? Quite fancy doing something like this.
