That did make me smile, how about getting an interesting project like Birky has? The kids will have forgotten they had a Dad by March if you get one in enough pieces...biggrin

1) Carry on getting as many miles in with my Dad as possible.

2) Get the KR1 back to my house, which will possibly mean flattening existing shed and building a new shed & base, which isnt likely so I may have to :

3) Sell 1 bike to make room

4) Rebuild 350LC engine.

5) Attend the Bikers Classic in Spa

Suppose should add my own.

Must cross over into Laos and Cambodia in 2018 for some trail riding. Ridden a lot of dirt and road in Thailand the past 3 years so it's time to venture further afield.

Would love to pick up a KTM 350 exc-f but funds are being directed elsewhere for now unfortunately. frown

1. Sell MT09
2. Buy Fireblade
3. 2000 miles riding in UK
4. First track day
5. Euro trip in June

Probably not in that order however.

1) KTM 250 EXC-F (going through the motions now - holding off until number 5)
2) Romania off-roading for long weekend (booked / paid already)
Good man. Which off road weekend do you go with out of interest? Quite fancy doing something like this.

Not cheap. Gear and flights are separate. It appeared based on searching and reviews that this was reputable.

Going to book up a couple of toro trails stuff as well for Spain.

My own bike is on hold until i can get something to secure (T6) to lug it around in.

Nice one! You sent me off on a google frenzy earlier. I reckon I'm going with one of the other providers and do a 5 or 7 day affair. Looks like a ballache to reach there from London anyway so may as well make the most of it.

Spain might be a viable alternative though!

Buy a house with garage outside of London, man cave it up. Get back into fun social out of London riding again. Fed up with London living now and having a family means space is needed too. Downside train commuting unless I can convince the mrs I can have another bike lol

^^ that’s more annual leave than some of us get all year! Colour me envious.

My plans are:

1) finally move out of London (all going well I’ll be in my first house in January - hello Surrey)
2) buy a bike again with lovely affordable Surrey insurance costs (1299/RSV4/GS if the OH still shows ah interest in coming along... hopefully she won’t and I can have a sportsbike again after years of being uninsurable)
3) some form of tour in Europe
4) perhaps a trackday

Some more modest goals compared to some on here:

1) Also survive another year commuting into London
2) Not to ride into any vans, got lucky this time, but not something I want to repeat.
3) Convert my crashed VFR into a track bike
4) Do some trackdays
5) Level 3 CSS booked in May

I bought 2 bikes in 2017, so in 2018 I'm hopefully going to use them. It's embarrassing. I've only covered 1,300 miles on the SP since mid-April and only 700 on the AT since September. It's quite frustrating that when the weather is great, I'm tucked up doing work or committed to doing stuff around the house and when I've been free its been chucking it down or blowing a gale.

2/10. Must try harder.

Mine are, in no order:

1. Do a track day at local track.
2. Don't bin the bike on said track day.
3. Ride to Italy to watch MotoGP.
4. Go to local MotoGP race.
5. Perhaps buy a new bike - something sporty.
