Quaife 60g reverse lamp switch

Does anyone know where the reverse lamp switch is on the box? Is it separate to the rotary sensor or do I need to take a signal from the gear indicator?

I am not with my box but the guy who is building my car can’t see it.

I would guess it would need to come from the gear display.

Especially if you cannot see any physical switches on the box for a reverse switch.

I have spoken with the gear indicator manufacturer and they tell me they don’t have a signal for reverse. Anyone else help?

Variohm's gear display unit has an output for a reverse light.

To confirm: There is no reverse light switch, or provision for one, on the QBE60G gearbox.

Having read the IVA it appears I can have a separate switch as Iong as it has a telltale so that is going to be my solution. It is not as elegant but it will do. Thanks for the help.
