Is this a decent price for a decent camera/security system?

With the added complication of it being in Oz. My cousin asked me to have a look, and it's caused me to realize I don't know enough to judge it (though it seems pricey).

The system consists of:
Stand Alone NVR5-8200PX with internal SATA 1TB
4x DI-390IPS36 Camera Domes,
1X Ubiquity switch (for Wireless cameras)
1X 8 Port PoE switch
1X UPS for power surge and outage protection.

Alarm installation.
1X Paradox 5050 Kit
1X Wireless LCD keypads.
3X Wireless PIR detectors
2X wireless remotes.
1X wireless Receiver.

Ignoring maintenance fees, they want $5600Aus plus tax.

I appreciate that a comparison between the UK and Aus is likely to be apples and oranges, but how does this seem? Also how does the spec of the cameras look - good, bad, indifferent?

About right, if not a bit cheaper than UK for similar kit
