We have these, finding it hard to get a replacement in brushed chrome or similar. Any ideas?

They go by several names, but 'privacy door knobs' is fairly common eg Wickes.

Ah, just spotted your brushed chrome mention - is that the issue? How about satin chrome?

I believe the manufacturer of these types of handles/locks is Weiser or Wieser

I need the same style as there is a big hole. And dont want to start filling holes. Just a straight swap.

The same style is fine if that is what you want, but if you did want to change for normal handles then there would be plenty of options with a larger diameter collar so no making good necessary.

Take a look at ironmongery direct. I did have a quick look and did not see anything.plenty of choice on there as well as the aforementioned collars
