Who are people using for their track day insurance at the moment?

Bemoto and Four Counties seem to pop up as being one of the better providers at the moment.

Is anyone else using anyone different that they can reccomend?

I've used Bemoto. Never had to claim. Not cheap.

To be honest, I wouldn't bother. Take it sensibly, go out at the back of the group so all the heros can knock themselves out.

Thats generally what I do do, but I thought maybe this time I would be sensible and arrange some insurance. Quick quote from Moris came back a touch under £250 for 1 day at Croft.

I might just wind my neck in a bit instead.

I think I paid £150 last Sept for a day at Cadwell with Bemoto, £15k insured value. Excess was £1k iirc.

I wind my neck in, have fun and remind myself that a 50 year old should be a bit more sensible. Let the heros go.

Normally use Bemoto for Euro trackdays, around £280 for 3 days, 17k insured, 1k excess.

I used Morris 10 years ago and glad I did as I wrote off a nearly new GSXR1000 at Cadwell, despite saying I would be sensible but billy big bks got the better of me! The claim took a while but they paid out full market value less £500 excess

Don't forget with most of these unless its a complete write off there is generally no payout, you'd be better off renting a bike from someone like Smallboys.
