Huewen being a throbber again, I doubt Dovi's frustration had anything to do with Petrucci following him and everything to do with him finally putting in a good time there that he should have done in the first 3 practice sessions that would have put him through automatically to Q2, instead that time means he's not in Q2. Championship contenders shouldn't be in Q1.

Not so sure, he seemed somewhat frustrated with the team, Petrux following him on every flying lap was only going to go one way. furious I've followed his career since he was in 125's and cannot recall an outburst anything like that.

Yay Sam, fingers crossed he beats Bezzichi, Marini & Bastiannini tomorrow.

According to Italian website gpone , petrucci says he owes the team/dovi nothing as the team got rid of him.

The trouble with dovi and all I've read is excuses coming from him .

Yes the tyre has changed this year but your not the only rider on that tyre.

So with wsbk ending tomorrow do you think the gp team will offer Rossi's seat next weekend to toprak or maybe rea ?

He was rightly pissed off as Petrucci drafted him, he should have known better. Quartararo was epic today, so was Cal...oh and Sam Lowes, both ridiculed on here by armchair experts. Really looking forward to this one.

No, Joe Roberts is leaving American racing to move to another Moto 2 team, and Baubier is rumoured to be his replacement.

Gerloff will be on the same ride for 2021

Yeah top work by quattararo be interesting if he can keep it up over race distance though after bashing himself up this morning.

I don't think petrucci did anything wrong , the team have dropped him so no fks given to any team orders.

So who do we want to win tomorrow ?

I'd quite like A.M to win .

there is a 19 year old scots lad that has done rather well in bss they might want to take a look at smile they could do a lot worse and they probably will. if he goes down the bsb to wsbk route it will be too late even if he ends up in moto gp eventually. stick him on the yamaha for a one off then a season in moto 2 prior to moto gp. wishful thinking on my part, but one can hope.

Nope, me either Dovi was pissed with himself. It's racing and every man for himself at the end of the day.

I'd like Cal to win.

Jesus, people are smoking some proper stuff today.

If anyone is going on that bike, its Lorenzo, and he isnt.

There is nobody in the UK good enough to step up to WSS/WSB right now, and there wont be for a while.

Yamaha have already said it won't be Lorenzo ' as he's forgotten how to race'

They are not contractually obliged to put anyone on it, and if they did, it would use Rossi's engine allocation.

Nobody will need to fill in unless he misses a third race.

I disagree. He's still drawing wages from Ducati and has a responsibility to do his job properly. If I hand in my notice on Monday morning I still get paid and I still have to do my job. Especially as Petrucci was explicitly employed to be Dovi's number 2...

The interview with the team boss told it all. Dovi was on his bast lap and Petrucci was in the right place at the right time. If you were him would you have rolled out of it?
