Weird old quali throughout.
Maverick has lost the plot now I think.
Such a shame watching 46 suffering like this.
Oliviera has really found something now
Marc is coming, but its taking longer than he wants I think.
Be some big names being shaken out the tree season end.....
Think this is it for Mav really, you'd have Frankie on that bike over him right away tbh. That said, a Petronas team of Vinales and Dixon would be a real shafting for them. Are they definitely with Yamaha next year or is there a possibility of them taking Suzukis with VR46 running Yamahas?Maverick has lost the plot now I think.

Had read elsewhere Marc has been told it might be a year before his arm is fully up ti strength.
As a big fan of VR since his first ride in the 125s I'm saddened by this year. He was turning in decent results last year but it should have been his last.
With the thoughts that Dorna want a Brit in MotoGP and have "chosen" Jake, I wonder if they haven't said to Rossi "hang on for a season please we need your name & personality" especially with MM93 not being up and running.
Like Turn7 said, I do like Jake, his personality comes through on TV and seems a very determined lad, when things are going right.
If you had to move either Sam or Jake into GP which would it be? Or maybe there is someone in WSB? A big leap but so is 2 to GP.
Nice to see Oliveira doing well
And sad to see Petrucci struggling along with VR.

We're the wrong people to judge: we're the people who don't need a Brit in MotoGP to watch the sport. Putting that to the side, everyone raised an eyebrow at Fabio getting a seat at SRT so perhaps the people on the inside know a lot more than we do.
So if/when Vale retires who would be more deserving of promotion from Moto2 than Jake? Remy, Bez & Diggia are going up, Raul is either '22 or '23 and SL22 could definitely do it but is probably too old and too erratic. Joe Roberts should've taken his chance last year, Ogura, Canet & Arbolino are still finding their feet in Moto2. Vierge is doing his best to throw his hat into the ring but would you?

I feel Dixon simply has not done enough, hence why SRT are pushing people his way to try and ensure he gets a seat, Dorna have probably given the team a podium expectation or something, either way I dont like it, all seats should be on merit especially in big teams, and Dixon has done nothing to warrant that ride, and when you consider back in the 90's guys like Fogy, Whitham, Rymer, Bosworth, et al were chomping at the bit to get GP rides and their passport never looked good, this is very sad.
As for Moto3, about time Alcoba got banned for a race, he is dangerous. Totally ruined Garcia's race, massive track limits breach to do so, ignored the last lap place drop, he needs teaching a lesson, fair play to John for lumping him, he deserves itt.
I have said it from the first race, Acosta is world class already, Different level to everyone out there with the exception of Garcia who looks superb this year, doesn't crash, makes few mistakes, learns from them, makes a corner his, can lead, chase, scrap.
he is the most exciting thing in GP racing since Marquez and I put him even ahead of him as he doesn't hit people all race.

Heads Up - anyone left their box to record BT Sport this morning - it's not recording.
Info on screen still shows best of MOTD hasn't finished so not recording the bikes.
OK to watch live though.

Noticed it just started recording during the last minute, missed the start of Moto2.
Two crashfests so far, bit ominous for the big bikes.
Agree re. Alcoba, he has this style where he can ruin other peoples races, usually for little to no gain; he did it a lot against McPhee last year. Good results for Acosta, Toba & Foggia deserved that podium, well, more than Alcoba!
SL22 finished, yay, great ride from Remy, was kinda gutted Ogura binned it on the last lap. Gritty ride from Bezzechi.
Moto2 race seemed to reinforce the quandry SRT are in, there's not really anyone available in Moto2 ready to take the Doc's seat.
