Yes , pretty much mate, we did swap bikes for a few miles, the Duke has miles better drive between the tighter /nadgery bits and where you'd perhaps use second on the SRAD , you can get away with using third on the Duke, the SRAD is a bit faster up the top of the rev range we think, not a lot in it overall, just a different way of getting about!

My physiotherapy (fixing the bike) is coming along nicely despite looking like R2-D2 in my computer chair.

Wheels are away getting plastic coated.
KAIS rear shock is out ready to be replaced by a brand new standard one.
Panels are all de-stickered ready to go off for painting.

The only panels that have been off the bike since it was new are the belly pan and seat unit. Once the side panels and headlight cowl were taken off I was shocked at how plain dirty it is. I've spent most of the day cleaning all the stuff you can't see.

I've also found a couple of broken plastic brackets that need replacing so it's off to see my local dealer for them plus the small engine cover and bar end weight.

I have the cat and link pipe to look forward to cleaning over the next few days plus soaking the chain in paraffin.

Thanks to Fats25 for organising an absolutely top weekend in Spain. My mate Pete's is a bit battered but the rest of us managed to keep it upright. As Fats is far better at writing reports than me i'll leave that with him. Fats might also be arranging a once in a lifetime charity ride......watch this space...;)

Too tired for writing reports at the moment - but was a top weekend.

Lots of videos to edit - I did not quite get a 100% record for keeping it upright, I managed to do my standard loop at one point, and all caught on video - will get them edited as quick as I can with a full report.

The mighty mopeds of team ballbag taking a short break.

Had another really good time this year despite being the only one in the team to crash. The organisers are looking to get 60 teams next year and laying out a bigger track, I imagine it'll be absolute mayhem!

It's the armour and the wind billowing the top - honest smile

@Fats25 - That was the 2nd Sept one we did Chris. A 70 hour week at work precluded any bikey stuff frown

Looks awesome - glad everyone is back ok. Were the bikes they lent you in a good state of repair?
