Were atoms ever twin-turbo out the factory?

There are two Atoms being advertised locally as twin turbo vehicles.
I haven't been able to find anything out about there being in factory spec of this type, but could be wrong.
Does anyone know if there ever were twin turbo units out the factory?

This could admittedly be the dealers selling a car they know nothing about, or an aftermarket kit being put on the motor

Don't believe so. What territory? Could be in the Us, but all UK/EU spec are supercharged.

South Africa, which I'm pretty sure would all be UK-spec cars.
