Thanks John , here's a full picture of my car, It's an "L" plate 4.0 . And my main tip for you would be to upgrade the mirrors to cerbera ones , you must by now realise how useless the originals are but here's the twist all you need is the mirror mods from any Tvr centre £45 ish a pair because the mirrors are actually off a VW corrado ;0) got mine for £18 off eBay . The electric mod requires only changing 1 wire to work with your early pre serp wiring . I'll send u pics when your at that stage if you do the mod , now get back to work everyone's waitin for your next installment lol , cheers

I'd rather have johns garage "more tools lol"
Hey John gotta tell you about this buddy even though I know you won't use it on the project your doing due to power output of that Jedi on wheels your building. Now I'm more than happy with the brakes on my chim , they just look rubbish and red paint just shouts halfords , so I ordered those brembo covers as I thought yeah you'd doubt them on a ford KA but on a TVR with drilled and grooved !!!!!! I don't think so ...... Did em the other day and POW I kid you not they look amazing ,They've even got a rubber cover on the bleed valve . Looks like I've spent 3 grand ...... File them perfectly and they are a millimetre perfect covering . Dead chuffed with this mod , blows painting them away . Cheers

Not seen these before, what exactly are they ?

A plastic cover that somehow clips onto the caliper.

U have to use heat proof silicon sealer , just 2 blobs on the outer part of the calipers ( these bits don't move ) and tape in position till cured , voila , absolutely no-one believes there fake , you have to try really hard to actually convince them lol , best value for money mod I've ever done ;0) hope u guys find this interesting , I was gonna keep it top secret but THIS mod I had to share with my fellow TVR men

They look impressive but what does let them down is the little parthetic discs ..That lets the world know there not real ..Do they do them in black ? less blingy !
