It's not referring to you, the viewer. It's a money grab aimed at the person who has used Photobucket to host their photos. This used to be free but is now IRO £300 pa.
It's as TwinKam has said above i'm afraid..There is another long winded way that works but it depends on you having stored your images off PB (AKA Photobucks) and then editing the thread with non-PB linked images. This works I've done it.
Only problems are remembering what the none displaying images on the thread were in the first place and having saved the images elsewhere.
Have a go while it's quiet.
I used to use photobucket. Til they charged! tinypic and imgBB are free. You can't link from tinypic to eBay though because it's considered an unsecure site, which is why I joined imgBB.
But aren't the images actually uploaded to Pistonheads so should stand alone and still be visible? Must be a recent (as in a few years) change to upload them.

They're not actually uploaded to the PH servers even if you use the upload wizard, that is just using ThumbSnap which is another 3rd party host. No forum will host pics or videos directly, they'd need huge storage capacity on their servers.phazed said:
Is there a site that will host photographs for free?
I tend to use tinypic:http://tinypic.com
Ads can get a bit annoying but can't really complain when its free. There's usually a Captcha screen to thwart spammers to go though. You then copy the script in the "IMG code for Forums" box into your PH post.

Thanks for that, good info. I will try it this afternoon. Hi Nick. If I was you regarding your car up for sale I would include more photographs, especially of the engine compartment, (Different angles) and better shops taking in the interior.
I would also lose the stripes. They are a personal choice but in my opinion don't do the car any favours. If you must have a stripe, a wide black one would look better. All imho.
Good luck with the sale. That seems like a very sensible price.
