Please dont make the mistake to think only about the outrigger. The other parts run under same
condition. Certainly the outrigger are the first which die but you have to think logically.... these parts are the first in the domino - effect.

Cheap...you can get also in UK (I´m shure good too) for example by ebay.co.uk.....

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TVR-Chassis-Repair-Refur...

What you expect from this method of repair ? If the target is to pass the next MOT only than do it by/like ebay.

If you want to get a full restauration/refit of your compl. car, engine, gear, diff., chassis, suspension....and ...and ...and... then you should ask yours elf to begin by on which nivau you
want to implement the project. And here we start....award quality at a fair/good price .... but not at cheap. Check us on this level....there we are cheap !

Gregor

What is a Falkon ? is it a kit car or built by the company ..

I have heard horror stories where people take there car for restoration to save money and it eather does not get finished or it`s a complete disaster or even worse the car dissapears.

This has happened alot in Poland ..

Everywhere you can find "gangster" ....also by me as I personal was checking some cars in UK
and bought they for cash and order a camion/truck to pick up...." a unknow person exchange all aggregeates from good to bad" so the seller "on the way to us after his workshop"

Very kindly was, that he offer this lost/defect parts to us for one speciall discout price which he never would give for other partner........

So....we do not work only on this field and have partners for over 25 years.

I think its about time someone over here had a go with Stainless outriggers, or at least galvanised ones. Surely its doable.
Galvanized are doable and plenty good enough. Only the weld points left ungalvanized. Stainless direct onto mild steel could be a welding problem.

ups...the removal of the pictures I had not notice. But why the moderator do it, there was no advert on it ?

More about the Silver Falcon you can find by internet : http://www.silverfalcon.de/index.html

We make with the body shell (which are new and org. from jag) 2 new XJR-S convertible. Jag produce from this
only 51 pc. 50 the send to usa in 1993 and 1 are in UK. S I know are only 23 exist today. We have for this
project the 6.0 V12 333hp engine and offer for customer to place it like orignal or with modification by
engine and 6 speed gearbox. All we make like our client wish it. And if he want nothing to change than we
try to get a new first registration with ok from Jag.

So here also some pic of the refit of TVR Chimaera shock absorber.....if I dont do it now the moderator will
kick this slot too

Gregor how are you referbing the power steering rack ,we can have new seals fitted and the unit serviced but i have been told there are no spare parts available .

I have play in the steering like alot of people with these cars .Some of us are going to drastic measures to cure the problem by eather fitting a Vauxhall Corsa electric conversion or modifiing the Impreza steering rack .

How are you fixing this problem .

What engine is fitted in the Falkon ,pity i can`t speak German the car looks interesting .

Please understand that without that I see the pas-steering rack in my own hands I can say nothing. But we have a
good partner here in hungary which repair to now all what we was gove in his hands. He is work on this field
now closed to 40 years. And if some parts are not more exist...than we will make it.

The "Silver Falcon" got his hard from Mercedes.
