Got the driver's door card off to bolt in a new driver's door mirror......then realised that i could have done it without removing the door card, so did the passenger side one without.
Corrado mirrors fitted (as per late Griffs and T cars). German quality so much better than French, but the wiring is different. My friendly electrician got it all working, but now down is up and up is down, if you see what i mean. It's a TVR - so it may well end up upside down anyway.
Can you put some close up shots to see the final finish you get with plasti dip paint job.Corrado mirrors fitted (as per late Griffs and T cars). Had the seats packed and colonized so turned up some larger Dural washers on the lathe and replaced the old rusty penny washers and the Nylock nuts
Loosened up the old nuts so he could get the seats out easily as the car had all new carpets when I bought it they where not hard to get off.
Great job done on the seats by Gary @ Cass Brothers Bromley Kent.

I have to remove one of mine as I have a paint blister under the lens.I need to rub it down and blow it in with my air brush.
What is the best method to remove the lens cover (scalpel at 45 degrees)?
To fix the lens back what did you use I have Sikaflex 221 black and also Black Tiger Seal what is best?

Have fun QBee, its definitely not one of my favourite jobs
I got mine from SC Power and the quality is top notch. Very happy with it but it does get quite a squeeze behind there now!
My AFM gauge will be the same as yours. Is that an oil temp gauge from the same people, the other side of the speedo? I got mine from SC Power and the quality is top notch. Very happy with it but it does get quite a squeeze behind there now!
Last Monday morning, got the car all ready for a week blasting around Scotland. Checked tyre pressures, fluid levels, all the usual stuff. Packed the boot and remembered the map. Locked car while the in-laws visited for a short time. After they left locked front door and went to the car.
Pressed remote - nothing
Then remembered I'd accidentally pressed the little button on top of the door opener knob. So pressed it and - nothing
Got into the car by the 'secret' method' and the central locking control unit had decided it didn't want to go to bonnie Scotland and went to sleep permanently. Could have used it in non-central locking state but was so I decided to go in the most reliable car in the world instead, a Toyota.
