Cor you'll be lucky, suppose you want them new too hehe

The 17x8 35 are common because that's what everyone throws on the cossies, don't know where to look for the fronts though. Mo5s used to be so common that people would just weigh them in for scrap frown

Take it all of the normal stockists run out of comps months ago?
Wouldn't mindbiggrin....

Been looking since I got my Griff, nothing's come up yet..... Don't want to go 18's... Or to wide... 17's rear 16's front would be perfect for what I have in mind...

My RL7's are ok.... But I much prefer the look of the MO5 or 6smile

I've a lot of fondness for these wheels, good looking and very strong just when you need them to be.
Never fitted the MO6 on my Chim but used them on other TVR's - excellent.

Why not 17 and 18 against 16 and 17?

Mainly because I think 18's look a bit daft on an old school car like a griffsmile

I have a nice set of mo5 alloys on mine, staggered 17x8 rear 17x7.5 front, works a treat on road and track, though still need to replace the rubber band front tyres. They (along with the mo6)were the only wheels I could find I liked on the chim, bar azev A's

I do like the black finish, suits the car.

It's on the long list to change the colour of my RL7s,...............eventually!

Cooper green? I've got to get the back half of my car painted, keeping it all covered in dirt to hide the paintwork is depressing with such a nice colour.

I like those Quinny ,I would leave them on your car and drive it ..You don`t know what you are buying second hand ,often buckled ..

Do you get a bit of tyre bulge with a 255 on an 8j rim ? Bit narrow ..

Have to agree with Daz, for me those are the perfect wheel in the perfect colour for your car Quinny.

Each to their own though.

No worries... You know where I am if you change your mindsmile

The funny thing is, that although I don't mind the RL'S on the griff.... I think they looked fantastic on the Chimwhistle
