There's a series of Allen head bolts around the sides of the door

Remove them and tho door inner will come loose

Disconnect the jack plugs and it'll come away from the door completely

Another series of screws inside that will allow the inner card to separate from the door inner

I did this the other day, i think it 2 screws at the door hinge end and 3 screws at the door latch end and a couple underneath.
But make sure you spport the doorcard when you remove the last screw cause they are quite heavy, and if they drop to the floor they can damage the wiring loom that goes from the door to the doorcard. Support the doorcard and reach round to dis-connect the loom connector.

Second this, they are heavy. so beware of that. They will also have silika sealent around the black plactic/rubber matterial at the front of the window that may need careful slicing.

On mine (and presumably others) there is also a small c'sunk cross head screw that holds the rubber flap down at the leading edge of the door. It can be covered with black sealant so you would end up ripping the rubber flap if not undone.

Exactly Mags, may only be on the later cars though, I dunno.
